Silvie Paladino has established herself as one of Australia's most versatile and talented performers. In 1989, aged just 18, Silvie was offered the role of Eponine in 'Les Mis rables'. After touring Australia and New Zealand with the show for two years to critical acclaim, in 1992 she accepted an invitation to perform the role in London's West End, and in 1997 she returned to London for a successful two-year season in the role of Fantine. Silvie's Australasian credits include the role of Jeannie in 'Hair', Grizabella in the Australian and Asian tour of 'Cats', Ellen in Cameron Mackintosh's Australian premiere of 'Miss Saigon', Donna in the smash hit 'Mamma Mia!', and more recently, 'The King and I' for the Production Company.
